What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order item is an item that is not in stock yet but is available to purchase before it arrives.

Payment

• Pre-order payments are charged at checkout (up front) to reserve your item.

Estimated Ship Dates

• Pre-orders have an estimated ship window listed on the product page.

• Ship dates are estimates and may shift due to production, shipping, or supply chain delays.

Shipping Timeline

• Once the pre-order item arrives to us, it will be processed within our normal processing time (3–5 business days) and then shipped.

Orders With Pre-Order + In-Stock Items

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

• We recommend placing separate orders if you want in-stock items sooner.

  Cancellations

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Pre-order items are final sale (no returns/exchanges).

  • Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
