SHIPPING POLICY: (Salute My Pretty x Pink Sheep Tall)

Processing Time (Order Prep)

  • Orders are processed in 5-7 business days (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During launches, restocks, or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time (Transit)

  • After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (U.S.), depending on location and carrier delays. REMEMBER “All delivery estimates are carrier estimates.”

Shipping Days (When We Hand Off Packages)

  • We ship out on Wednesdays (excluding holidays).

  • If you place an order after a shipping day cutoff, it will go out on the next shipping day once processing is complete.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • We do not currently offer express/overnight shipping.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the tracking number (carriers need time to scan it in). REMEMBER “All delivery estimates are carrier estimates.”

  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order (especially apartment numbers / unit numbers).

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Combined Orders (Pink Sheep x Salute My Pretty)

  • If your order includes items from both Salute My Pretty (SMP) and Pink Sheep (PS), your order will ship together as one shipment.

  • We ship once all items are processed and ready, so your full order arrives together.

  • You will receive one tracking number when your full order ships.

SHIPPING INSURANCE. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

After Delivery:

  • Once tracking shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Route Shipping Protection (Optional at Checkout):

  • If you add Route Shipping Protection, your package may be covered for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments during transit.

  • Claims are filed directly with Route using the instructions in your confirmation email (or through Route’s claims page).

If Route is NOT Purchased:

  • Any lost/damaged package claims must be filed with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship internationally to many countries.

  • International rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and clearance charges (these vary by country).

  • International delivery times can vary due to customs processing, and we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.
