Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review your order carefully before placing it (items, shades, sizes, and shipping address).

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM

We will gladly accommodate issues with damaged items or if you received the wrong item, as long as you contact us within 24 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s “Delivered” timestamp).

• Your order number

• Clear photo of the shipping box/package that's damage

• Clear photos of the damage (multiple angles would be great)

If approved, we will offer a replacement (or store credit if replacement is unavailable).
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All international orders are also final sale. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by their country.
